Since our founding in 2017, Booklight has had its hands deep in the well of original content. In our early years, it was low budget short films and music videos, funny youtube sketch videos, or short form documentaries. To be honest, we still love doing that stuff. Original, raw storytelling is in our DNA.

Booklight Film Company, a division of our brand that exclusively handles end to end delivery of our original film products. BFC was created to navigate the vast landscape of storytelling without diluting our client creative brand which handles our clientele and “for-hire” jobs.

While we appreciate the diversity of projects we are lucky enough to touch, the separation allows our teams to hone in fully on their tasks, unobstructed by competing priorities. Recently, Booklight Film Company produced and self distributed the feature powerhouse documentary, Little Empty Boxes (2024)
